“To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.”
― Winston S. Churchill
Change is always a cliche topic this time of year. Working on a project this week, I've been thinking a lot about why this project hasn't been as successful as my team believes it should be. I decided that it doesn't matter why it hasn't work in the past. It doesn't work and we need to change. Stubbornness is the enemy of progress.
With this lesson learned, I'm putting together a plan to learn and change often. I've read the lean books, but for some reason didn't think to apply them in this instance. It's time to test, learn, and CHANGE. I'm looking forward to watching this floundering program turn into a success.
